To stay connected to what is going on at Carroll Elementary.
To vote at the PTO General Meetings (financial disbursements, by-law changes, new initiatives, etc.).
To receive access to our new ONLINE directory.
To volunteer your talents to help support your students, our teachers, and their classrooms.
Membership funds directly support the students and staff at CES.

Organizes and funds educational programs for all grades throughout the year.
We provide a communication corridor from the school to families through weekly email newsletters, PTO General Meetings, access to our Facebook page, and our PTO website www.cespto.com.
Oversees disbursement of PTO funds to support CES (In past years, we’ve disbursed funds toward new playground shades, courtyard benches, fitness track and stations, outside musical instruments, water bottle filling stations, classroom books, iPads, flexible seating, murals of the State of Texas and United States, staff development programs, and new classroom technology to name a few).
We oversee our school’s fundraising efforts and disbursement of PTO funds to support CES.
Support our teachers with annual teacher grants for classroom supplies & educational training sessions.
Produce the online CES Directory and run the online/storefront CES Spirit Shop.
Organize and host monthly teacher luncheons and Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week.
Coordinate Homeroom Parent Coordinators and many other volunteers.
Coordinate Outreach programs such as Christmas is for Children and various other community service projects.
Keep the CES campus beautiful!
Sponsor the Welcome to CES Brunch.
Provide funding to support CES field trips and Field Day.
Organize a Back to School Social and other fun events throughout the year.
Organize two yearly book fairs held in the CES Library.
Run the CES Dragon Dad Club, which includes monthly breakfast meetings.
